Pre-War rare Mannicher Schonauer Model 1910 bolt action carbine made circa the 1930's. Blued tapered rifled barrel with banded ramp front sight and flip down rear notch sight. Comes with Lyman flip away receiver sight which moves out of the way when bolt is operated. Gun has special order takedown feature with lever in front of trigger guard and pin on forestock. Blued action marked on receiver ring "Patent Mannlicher Schonauer M1910". Bridge rail marked "Oesterr Waffenfabr-Ges Steyr". Blued "Spoon handled" bolt with three position safety. Plain single trigger. Walnut checkered 1 piece pistol grip stock with steel grip cap, cheekpiece, and serrated trap buttplate (Comes with 2 original rounds but missing cleaning rod). Stock is marked in front of magazine "Made in Austria" and number "33155" stamped in front of the rear sling swivel. Stock is fitted with 2 quick detachable sling swivels. A great hard to find gun with some condition. CONDITION: 90% barrel blue with light case wear at the muzzle with a great bore. Smooth mechanics when cycled by hand with 90% original blue. 80% original varnish with usage marks and dings. Sharp checkering. Gun has been used but not abused. DLM
