Manufactured 1919. Later spur hammer, round U notch rear sight, blade front sight, rear cocking serrations. Lanyard loop. 2 piece black hard rubbed grips with "COLT" in ribbon across top and cast in Rampant Colt. Lanyard loop at bottom of frame. Full blue magazine with "CAL 38 / COLT" on bottom of baseplate. CONDITION: Fine, retaining the majority of the factory bluing on frame and slide with a few areas of wear primarily at muzzle and high points, top of slide with numerous scratches and bumps, likely holster wear. Some silvering at sharp edges. Some loss of blue mixing with patina at front and back straps. Hammer retains vast majority of the case color with some losses at top. Magazine with some losses towards top of magazine. Action works appropriately when cycled by hand, bore is excellent with strong rifling. EW
