Lot consists of: (A) Ithaca " 1 -1/2" Grade side by side shotgun built by Ithaca Gun Company Ithaca, New York in 1915. Blued "Krupp Steel Barrels" with matted rib, bead front sight and extractors. Case hardened boxlock frame with later style 1-1/2 Grade floral style engraving. Double triggers with automatic safety. Walnut checkered pistol grip stock with added solid rubber recoil pad. Checkered splinter forearm with friction release. CONDITION: 70% original blue with good bores. 30% original case colors with wear on carry points. Wood has been lightly cleaned with added pad. Gun locks up tight with good mechanics. (B) Ithaca Grade 2 side by side shotgun built by Ithaca Gun Company Ithaca, New York in 1917. Blued "Krupp Steel Barrels" with matted rib, twin bead sights, and ejectors. Casehardened floral bird engraved boxlock frame with double triggers and automatic safety. Walnut checkered pistol grip stock with added Pachmayr vented rubber recoil pad. Walnut checkered splinter forearm with ebony inlay and push-button forearm release. CONDITION: 80% original barrel blue with good bores. 20% original case colors with carry wear and colors starting to fade to plum. Wood has added coat of varnish with added recoil pad. Small crack behind right frame with some small chips behind tang. Gun locks up tight with good mechanics. DLM
