1898 vintage Winchester Model 1894 lever action rifle, serial number 120918. 26" octagon barrel chambered in .25-35 Winchester Centerfire with full length magazine tube, 3 leaf express rear sight, and German silver blade front. 2 piece plain walnut stock and forearm complete with rifle forearm cap and rifle buttplate. CONDITION: Very good with original bluing fading to a gray patina with scattered heavy pitting and heavy wear at high edges. 100 yard graduation of rear sight (middle leaf) is broken. Stock and forearm are strong with no discernable cracks and have been lightly sanded with finish added. Action works correctly. Bore is dark with sharp rifling. -TN-
