W. W. Greener "Miniature Club" rifle made by W.W. Greener St Mary's Row Birmingham, England circa the early 20th Century. Made on small action cadet rifle Martini style action. Blued tapered round rifled barrel with fold down globe front sight and rear flip sight graduated to 200 yards. Large eyelet type swivel sweated on underside of barrel. Barrel marked with "W.W. Greener Maker Birmingham" and "AMTn 22" and British proofs on right side of barrel. Blued Martini style takedown action with borderline engraving and "W.W. Greener" marked on each side of action. B.S.A six hole disc tang sight. Walnut English Grip checkered buttstock with steel checkered buttplate. Walnut checkered forearm with ebony tip and large sling swivel eyelet. Comes in maker's label canvas case with cleaning jig. CONDITION: 80%+ blue with light areas of freckling and wear. Action has some light surface discoloration with edges worn to a silvery patina. Wood has traces of original varnish with some handling marks and dings. Good bore and mechanics. Case has some wear on corners with storage and handling damage, straps deteriorated. DLM
