1893 Vintage Model 1973 Winchester rifle, serial number 458872B. 24" full octagon barrel with full-length magazine tube. Standard sights, plain trigger. Chambered in .32-20 WCF. Plain straight grain walnut stock and forearm with crescent rifle style buttplate. Blue with casehardened hammer, lever, and buttplate. CONDITION: Fine with 85-90% thinning original blue overall. Traces of case color on hammer, lever and buttplate mostly a brown /grey patina. Wood is fine showing modest wear with scattered bruises, dents and scratches. Bore is fine with strong rifling and modest abrasion. -MKS-
