Lot consists of: (A) Walther '"ac 44" code P.38 semi automatic pistol. Made 1944 at Walther. No import mark. Completely refinished with scroll engraving done on the slide and frame. Serials on the frame, barrel block and slide all match. "Eagle/359" can still be seen on the barrel block and frame. Aftermarket wood grips with checkering. Includes correct "P.38" stamped magazine with "Eagle/359" on the spine. CONDITION: Metal retains 95% of its re-applied finish with a few handling marks. Grips are excellent. Bore is shiny with crisp rifling. Magazine is excellent. Mechanically fine. (B) Walther "cyq" P.38 semi automatic pistol. Non import mark. Matching serials on the frame, slide and barrel block. Frame and slide has been polished and then hand stippled with a hot iron. Original brown plastic serrated grips. Magazine is marked "P.38" with a "Eagle/WaA135" on the spine. CONDITION: Metal retains 90% of its reapplied finish with a few handling marks. Grip is excellent. Bore is frosted with fair rifling. Mechanically fine. JWA
