Colt Single Action Army Revolver, made in 1981. Serial number SA30101. Blue with case hardened frame. 7 - 1/2" barrel chambered in .45 LC. Checkered 2 piece black plastic grips. Accompanying Colt Archival letter dated March 29, 1993 and signed by M.S. Huber, Historian Emeritus, documents configuration and shipment to: Paul Henry Co. Inc. Creekside Shooting Club, Los Angeles, California, February 19, 1981 in a shipment of one gun. Archival letter further states: "Records indicate the following, presentation gun for Chuck Connors for upcoming movie and television work per request of Tom Bass. Attention Chuck Connors". A second letter on "Chuck Connors Productions" letterhead, dated March 9, 1993, and signed by Rose Mary Grumley, Executive Assistant for the Chuck Connors Estate, confirms Colt Single Action Army serial number SA30101 is from the personal collection of Chuck Connors. CONDITION: Like new overall with most all original factory finishes remaining. Appears factory test fired only. Original Styrofoam box with woodgrain sleeve is in poor condition with end flaps missing. -MKS-
