Blade front sight, U notch rear sight. 2 line 2 block patent date and information with intercepting pony. Right side with "MODEL OF 1911. U.S.ARMY". Barrel with P proof on left lug and "F" proof in front of lug, "COLT 45 AUTO" on left side of breech. "H" and "G" subinspector marks on top of bridle near disconnector hole. Frame with an "(Eagle) / 6" proof. Hammer with "C - 3839-3". Checkered hammer, slide release, thumb safety, and magazine release. Long smooth trigger, short 1911 grip safety, and smooth flat mainspring housing. Grips are modern reproductions. 2 tone dual pinned base magazine. CONDITION: Very good as refinished. Some normal wear marks and silvering at operational points. Action works appropriately when cycled by hand, bore is good with softened rifling and frosting in grooves. EW
