This lot includes four whistles; two are wooden and two are horn. The largest horn whistle measures about 3" and the smallest wooden whistle measures about 1-7/8". All have attractive turnings and form. The lot also includes four compasses, three of which are brass and one does not have its lid. The wooden compass is the largest and measures 1-7/8" in diameter, with an early hand-colored paper dial and hand blown glass. A very interesting and attractive grouping. DMG
