Lot consists of (A) Remington-Rider Magazine Pistol. Engraved with 2 piece rosewood grips. Nickel plated. 2 line barrel address: "E.REMINGTON & SONS, ILION, N.Y./RIDERS PAT.AUG.15,1871" Chambered in .32 rimfire extra short. Made between 1871-1888. Total production approximately 15,000. CONDITION: Fine with 75-80% original nickel blending with gunmetal grey patina. Engraving is sharp and crisp. Grips show moderate wear. Bore is very good with abrasions. Action is crisp. (B) Early Vest Pocket "Saw Handle" Derringer. No visible markings. Blue with 2 piece smooth walnut grips. 3 - 1/4" round barrel chambered in .22 short rimfire. CONDITION: Refinished with areas of cold blue. Bore is very good with abrasions. Comes housed in a period walnut case. -MKS-
