Manufactured in 1920, this Colt Model 1903 Pocket Hammerless pistol features all original factory nickel finish and is mounted with plain 2-piece pearl grips. The right side of the slide is marked "COLT AUTOMATIC/ CALIBRE 32 RIMLESS SMOKELESS", with the left bearing Colt's 2-line address. Rampant Colt logo is present on the left side of the slide. Bottom of magazine is stamped "CAL. 32/ COLT". Serial number on the interior of the slide matches the frame. CONDITION: Metal components retain generous amounts of their original factory nickel finish, exhibiting some areas of high edge wear, with a loss on the front grip strap, and some scattered nicks and scratches from handling and storage. Markings are sharp. Bore is bright, showing good rifling, and some pitting throughout. Plain pearl grips show a few minor chips, as well as a few minor handling and storage marks. A nice example of a century-old Colt Model 1903 pistol. -MLW-
