Manufactured 1950. Standard GI sights, barrel with "COLT SUPER 38 AUTO" on top of chamber. Serrated narrow hammer, serrated slide release, checkered safety. Long 1911A1 grip safety, arched serrated mainspring housing. Serrated short trigger. Colt full blue .38 Super magazine. Coltwood grips in a vibrant orange-brown-black pattern with molded-in rampant Colt in a reserve. CONDITION: Very good, retaining the vast majority of Colt bluing with a few marks from handling and operation. Some silvering to high edges and reciprocating areas. Takedown mark. Action works appropriately when cycled by hand, bore is very good with strong rifling. EW
