Lot consists of: (A) Browning semi-auto .22 rifle. Made in Belgium by FN in 1963. Standard round steel barrel with blade front sight and flip-up U-notch rear. Blued finish on the frame with light engraving. Gloss finished wood stock with checkering on the forearm and wrist. Steel serrated buttplate. CONDITION: Metal retains 95% of its original finish with a few scattered handling marks. Stock is excellent with a few scratches. Bore is clean with sharp rifling. Mechanically fine. (B) Savage 1904 bolt action .22 rifle. Made 1904-1931. Typically found without a serial number, this has a serial number on the frame reading "37031". Round steel barrel with a blade front sight and rear peep. Factory blued finish. Oil finished wood stock with a smooth metal buttplate. CONDITION: Metal retains 75% of its original finish with some light wear. Wood has a few minor dings and scratches. There is a surface crack on the left side near the frame. Fair rifling in the bore. Mechanically fine. JWA
