This fine Mauser style bolt action rifle once belonged to the famous Urologist and Doctor at the Nuremberg Trials, John K. Lattimer. Gun was custom built in Sparks, Nevada by Arnold Juenke of Saturn Rifle Works in the 1960s. The gun is in the caliber .270 ICL, which is a hot .25 caliber round. Gun features a tapered round high polish blued barrel with a muzzle brake marked "Saturn" and "270 ICL" on left breech. Blued Mauser style action with left handed Beuhler style safety. Walnut Monte Carlo wood stock with skip line checkering, contrasting wood pistol grip and forearm, quick detachable sling swivels and White Line ventilated rubber recoil. Brass monogrammed plaque with the initials "JKL" on the forestock. Comes with German 4x Pecar scope in Redfield rings and bases. Also comes with fiberglass carrying case. CONDITION: 80% original blue with some usage marks and scratches. Wood shows carry wear and typical usage marks and scratches. Good bore with sharp rifling. Good mechanics. An interesting rifle belonging to an interesting man. DLM
