1906 vintage Colt Single Action Army revolver, serial number 280835. Blue with case hardened frame and hammer. 2 piece black hard rubber grips. 5 - 1/2" barrel chambered in .45 LC. CONDITION: Excellent with 80-85% original blue. Thinning case case color turning nickel color on frame. Action is tight and crisp. Bore is excellent. Grips show modest wear. Unmolested screws. Overall a very nice early smokeless SAA. -MKS-
CORRECTION: After further inspection, it has been found that the barrel is a replacement and the cylinder is refinished. Additionally, the cylinder does not lock tightly in the uncocked position.
