1901 vintage Winchester Model 1894 rifle, serial number 224431. 26" octagon barrel with full length magazine tube. Chambered in .38-55 WCF. Non original checkered pistol grip stock and forearm. Crescent, rifle style buttplate. Blue with case hardened lever and hammer. CONDITION: Fine as restored with 95+% reapplied finishes remaining. Bore is excellent, action is tight, yet a little "sticky". Wood is sound showing modest wear with 3-4 scars on bottom of stock. -MKS-
