Lot consist of: (A) Smith and Wesson 19-3 Texas Ranger commemorative double action revolver with display case. Made 1973 as a commemorative to the Texas Rangers. Right side of the frame has the Texas Ranger logo with "1823" above and "1973" below the emblem. Barrel marked "TEXAS RANGERS/S.& W. .357 MAGNUM" on the right side. Round steel barrel with blade front and adjustable U notch rear sight. Factory blued finish with case hardened trigger and hammer. Square butt. Lacquered wood grips with Texas star emblems. Includes factory blue velvet lined wood display case. CONDITION: Metal retains 98% of its original finish with a few handling marks. Grips are excellent. Bore is shiny with crisp rifling. Tight hammer and cylinder. Timing and lock up are excellent. Light drag lines on the cylinder. Likely unfired from the factory. Mechanically excellent. Case is excellent. (B) Smith and Wesson Model 34 double action revolver. No dash model made approximately 1958. Round steel barrel with blade font sight and U notch adjustable rear. Reapplied blued finish with case hardened trigger and hammer. Factory wood, checkered grips with round butt. CONDITION: Metal retains 95% of its reapplied finish with some light wear. Left grip has a hair line crack running from the bottom, through the checkering. Sharp rifling in the bore. Tight hammer and cylinder. Timing and lock up are very good. Light drag lines on the cylinder. Mechanically excellent.
