Custom built bench rifle on a Remington Model 700 bolt action. Fitted with an unmarked and very heavy aftermarket stainless barrel chambered for an unknown .22 caliber centerfire cartridge. Chamber strengthened with a large block, on which a scope mount with blocks have been added. Action has been converted to a single shot. The safety has been removed and the trigger significantly lightened. Fitted in a custom heavy weight wooden bench stock with steel rails and a removable pad. Complete with a homemade transit crate. CONDITION: Very good as modified. Action retains nearly all of its factory applied blued finish. Stock good with a few marks. Bright bore with strong rifling. Functions appropriately as modified. BAS
