Winchester Model 75 bolt action rifle. Made 1942. Possibly a United States Military .22 trainer, but has no visible ordnance stamps or proofs on the metal areas. Stock does have a boxed "OG" on the left side with a rack number of A4 above that and a "P" firing proof on the wrist. Round steel barrel with blade front sight and Lyman rear peep. Parkerized finish covering all the metal areas. Drilled for scope bases. Oil finished wood stock with checkered metal butt plate. No magazine. CONDITION: Metal retains 90% of its applied parkerized finish with a few mild handling marks. Wood is excellent with a few scattered handling marks. Bore is clean with crisp rifling. Mechanically fine.
