Left side of slide with 2 line 2 block patent and address information with intercepting pony. Half moon front sight with U notch flat top bevelled rear sight, right side with "MODEL OF 1911. U.S. ARMY". Barrel with "P" proof on left lug, "HS" on right. "H" subinspector of top of bridle, near disconnector hole. "United States Property" marking on left dust cover. Long milled trigger, short grip safety, smooth flat mainspring housing with lanyard loop, checkered hammer, safety, and slide release with relief mill cut. Truncated diamond walnut grips. 2 tone dual pinned base magazines. CONDITION: Fair. Only traces of blue are still visible, largely in protected areas with exception of small part which have much blue present. Some sikvering at reciprocating areas and some nicks throughout. Magazines in commensurate condition, one with some oxidation at baseplate lip. Acton works appropriately when cycled by hand, bore is very good with strong rifling. EW
