W. W. Greener side by side shotgun made by W. W. Greener London, England circa 1895. Damascus steel barrels with matted rib marked "W.W. Greener 68 Haymarket London Winner at all Gun Trials 1875 to 1889". Bead front sight with extractors and double triggers. Boxlock case hardened action with "W.W. Greener" in banner on each side of action. Gun has typical Greener crossbolt and side safety. Walnut checkered round knob pistol grip stock with horn buttplate and oval stock shield. Walnut checkered splinter forearm with horn triangular inlay and latch release. CONDITION: 30% original Damascus scene with balance turning a silvery patina. Action has faded to a silvery patina. Wood has aged dark finish with handling and usage marks. Small repair on forearm. Shootable bores with good mechanics. DLM
