Remington Model 1889 side by side hammer shotgun built by Remington Arms Company in 1899. Twist steel barrels with matted rib marked "REMINGTON ARMS CO ILION, N.Y. U.S.A." near breech with bead front sight and extractors. Case hardened frame marked "REMINGTON ARMS CO." on each lock with double triggers. Walnut checkered round knob pistol grip stock with Remington logo buttplate. Walnut checkered splinter forearm with latch release. CONDITION: 80% Damascus scene with 10% fading case colors. 50% original varnish with light handling marks and dings. Good bores and mechanics. DLM
