German made underlever side by side shotgun made by "G. Ulbricht Dresden" circa the late 19th century. Twist steel barrels with gold banding at the breeches with smooth rib marked "G. Ulbricht Dresden" in gold with bead front sight. Case hardened round action with underlever mechanism and scroll engraving. Back action locks with scroll engraving and gold border game scenes. Walnut checkered stock with steel buttplate and pronounced cheekpiece. Horn trigger guard with piercings and steel trigger bow with checkered knob underlever. Walnut splinter forearm with lever relelease. CONDITION: 50% visible Damascus scene with balance of metal parts turning a silvery patina. Wood has added coat of finish with shrinkage around buttplate. Pitted bores with good mechanics. DLM
