Made from 1861-1874 with total production reaching around 77,155. 5" octagon barrel chambered in .32 rimfire long with German silver blade front sight and cylinder stop rear sight. 2 piece plain rosewood grips. Single line barrel address on top flat of barrel with British view and final proofs on left side of barrel as well as on cylinder. CONDITION: Excellent, with approximately 90% of original bluing remaining on barrel and frame with about 60% remaining on cylinder. Light to moderate handling marks and pitting throughout. Rosewood grips are fine with light handling marks but no major signs of distress. Action works correctly and locks tightly with visible dragline on cylinder. Bore is bright and shiny with sharp lands and grooves. PROVENANCE: Dr. Gerald Klaz collection. -TN-
