A beautiful art glass cockatoo pitcher by Thomas Webb. The pitcher features a stylized cockatoo enameled by Jules Barbe with red and blue plumage, set against a transparent yellow crackle background. The eyes protrude from the sides, decorated with a blue spiral pattern. With handle attached at the back, the vase stands 8” tall and is in excellent condition, free of any cracks, breaks, chips or repairs. With etched English registry mark for July 10, 1879 to Thomas Webb and Sons, design # 33701, underneath tail.
