Lot consists of 2 Colt 1849 Pocket Model percussion revolvers: (A) Manufactured in 1864. 5" .31 caliber barrel marked with 1 line New York address and 6 shot cylinder with stage coach scene. 1 piece walnut grips. CONDITION: Fair. Legible markings with blued and case hardened components faded to a mottled gray patina with some older corrosion. Grips good with scattered impressions and a small chip at toe. Numbers matching. Good bore with strong rifling. Cylinder fails to turn when gun is cocked. (B) Manufactured in 1862. 4" .31 caliber barrel marked with 1 line New York address and 6 shot cylinder. 1-piece walnut grips. CONDITION: Fair. Cylinder scene worn off with barrel markings light. Metal exhibits a gray patina overall with evidence of some older corrosion. Left grip panel missing small section at toe and large section at heel. Numbers matching. Fair bore. Cylinder fails to turn when hammer is cocked. BAS
