A beautiful Tiffany Studios damascene shade on bronze counterbalance base. The shade is a 7” diameter damascene, composed of green Favrile glass with wonderful iridescence. The shade is in excellent condition, free of any cracks, repairs, or chips to lower rim or fitter edge. The inside fitter edge is signed "L.C.T.". The base is a classic bronze patinated Tiffany Studios counterbalance. The base is finished in a reddish-brown patina, with green overtones. The base currently stands 15 - 1/2” to its highest point, though both socket and socket arm are adjustable. The base is in very good condition, with no breaks, bends or repairs, and minor loss to the finish. Cord and socket have significant cracking and will need replacement. Base is signed "Tiffany Studios New York 417".
