Screen: Late 19th to early 20th century. Each panel constructed of an upper and lower rosewood panel with molded edge, each carved with a flowering tree branch, a symbol of plenty or a fruit-filled tree branch. Each centering a beveled mirror plate and all panels are bordered with mother of pearl inlays of floral design. Size: 44" T. x 42" W. overall. Each panel 14" W. Very good condition with original surface, carved polychrome decorations are all in good condition with only minor losses. Mirror plates original with some foxing and loss to silver backing. Poetry Book: c. Mid 20th century. China. Comprised of nine pages of verse. Each with watercolor floral themed illustrative panel with calligraphy. The pages are folded in accordion fashion and retain their original silk cover panels. Pages retain good color with no foxing, toning, or discoloration. Covers are clean and intact.

Condition: (Very Good).
