1896 vintage Colt Single Action Army revolver, serial number 163353. 4 - 3/4" round barrel chambered in .38-40 Winchester Centerfire (.38 WCF) with standard SAA front sight and notched rear. Blackpowder frame. 2 line barrel Colt Hartford, CT address with ".38 W.C.F" on left side. Matching serial numbers on backstrap, trigger guard, and frame. 2 piece checkered gutta percha grips with Rampant Colts on either side. CONDITION: Very good, mostly a gray patina with traces of original bluing in protected areas with scattered light handling marks and pitting. Grips are very good with worn checkering but do not show any major signs of distress. Action is tight and works correctly. Bore is bright and shiny with sharp rifling. -TN-
