1887 Vintage Model 1873 Lever Action Rifle, serial number 227919B. Special ordered 30" octagon barrel. Chambered in .38-40 WCF. Full length magazine tube. Plain trigger. Plain straight grain walnut stock and forearm. Rifle style crescent buttplate. Blue with case hardened lever, hammer, and buttplate. CONDITION: Fine showing a brown patina. Wood is sound with a repaired crack on the comb starting at the tang, showing moderate to heavy wear overall. Bore is dark. Action is tight. Overall a decent special ordered Model 1873. -MKS-
