The beautifully polished blade is stamped on the right side with Scagel's kris mark. Blade measures 9/16" wide. The knife features a German silver guard followed by a black fiber spacer, a silver spacer, a red fiber spacer and a brass spacer. The very interesting 5" curved antler handle terminates with crotch stag. This knife is rather scarce as most of Scagel's similar pieces do not have spacers. Complete with its original Scagel sheath of brown leather with tooled floral decorations on the front. This knife is accompanied by a copy of a letter signed by Dr. James R. Lucie authenticating this knife. CONDITION: Excellent. Blade retains all of its original polish and marking is crisp. Handle has a pleasing patina. Sheath is very good, showing some smoothing and light marks. DMG
