Lightweight Remington No. 2 Rolling Block with rapid tapered full octagon barrel, marked “REMINGTON ARMS CO. ILION, N.Y.” Special ordered Beach combination fold down front sight, spirit level at rear barrel position, and tang mounted, Vernier adjustable mid-range sight. Case hardened frame and buttplate. Deluxe grade walnut, full figured and finely hand checkered "perch belly" stock and forearm with extra finish. Ebony forearm tip. CONDITION: Excellent overall, with 98% original blue on barrel. Excellent bright clean bore. 30-40% original case color remaining on frame and buttplate, turning a pleasing patina. Most all original blue remaining on trigger, rolling block, hammer, and tang sight. Overall a very clean and attractive little Remington. -MKS-
