A rare Tiffany Studios patinated bronze and glass turtleback tile table lamp base decorated with a belt of highly iridescent turtleback tiles leaded within the base creating a belt and retains its original interior single-socket electrification. The base is finished in its original rich red-brown patina and has three GeCo paddle sockets and pull chain socket on the interior. The base is signed "Tiffany Studios New York 6882". c. 1905. Base is in excellent condition. Finished in a beautiful red-brown patina. Minor, dark discoloration on the foot of the base, No cracks or deformities to the bronze. Arms are cleanly attached to the body of base. Turtleback tiles are tightly set into the base, with no cracks, breaks, or missing pieces.
