A rare Tiffany Studios patinated bronze artichoke desk table lamp finished in its original rich red-brown patina set with arms and a single bell socket. The base is impressed on the underside "Tiffany Studios New York 21573". c. 1905. Base is in excellent condition retaining its original patina and GeCo turn-key socket. Base is in excellent condition, finished in a red-brown patina with verdigris accents. Patina is even throughout, with negligible loss to finish. Two very small and shallow divots to foot of base, approximately 1/8th”. No cracks or deformities to body of the base. The three arms are intact with no cracks or bends to the bronze. Very small crack to the rim of the socket. A similar base is documented and photographed in "Tiffany Lamps and Metalware, New Edition Fully Revised and Extended: An Illustrated Reference to Over 2000 Models", ACC Art Books, page 67, figure 233.
