A pair of Tiffany Studios patinated bronze and glass Fleur-de-Lis candlesticks, each decorated with two matching heavily iridescent gold Tiffany Favrile shades ruffled at the top, resting atop a bronze patinated shade holder set into the candlestick. The candlestick is finished in its original brown patina, decorated with Fleur-de-Lis design and retaining the snuffers. The candlesticks are both impressed "Tiffany Studios New York 1232" and all four shades are signed "L. C. Tiffany Favrile". c. 1900. One bronze candlestick is in good condition, finished in a red-brown patina. There are significant loss to the patina throughout, most notable on the arms. There are also numerous scratches. No breaks or deformities to the bronze. Candlestick sits flush on a flat surface with no rocking. Both shade rests sits fit correctly into the candle holders. The second bronze candlestick is in good condition, also finished in a red-brown patina, which matches the first candlestick. There is significant loss of patina throughout. There are also numerous scratches. No breaks or deformities to the bronze. Candlestick sits flush on a flat surface with no rocking. Both shade rests fit correctly into the candle holders. All four Favrile glass shades are in excellent condition with good color and iridescence. No cracks, breaks or repairs to the bodies of the shades. One shade has a 1” scratch to the body that is very fine and superficial. One shade has a small chip to the fitter end. The mouths of all four shades are smooth to the touch, and free of any cracks, chips or flea bites.
