An Art Nouveau patinated bronze and glass chandelier decorated with four matching Austrian art glass Loetz shades decorated with iridescent green chain-link against an iridescent oil spot background set within a three-armed and one center shade patinated bronze Art Nouveau motif chandelier. The shades are unsigned. c. 1910. The bronze chandelier is in very good condition. It is finished in a rich, chocolaty brown patina. The patina is consistent and even throughout, with minimal loss. There are some minor scratches to the bronze blades that help suspend the shades. There is a small crack to one of the sockets. All set screws are present. Chandelier is wired for a wall outlet. The shades are as follows: The first shade has a body that is free of any cracks, chips or repairs. Mouth is smooth and free of any chips or flea bites. Fitter edge has two small chips. The second shade has a body that is free of any cracks, chips or repairs. Mouth is smooth and free of any chips or flea bites. Fitter edge has a 1/2” chip. The third shade has a body that is free of any cracks, chips or repairs. Mouth is smooth and free of any chips or flea bites. Fitter edge is smooth and free of any chips or flea bites. The fourth shade has a body that is free of any cracks, chips or repairs. A few small, dark inclusions to body. Mouth is smooth and free of any chips or flea bites. Fitter edge smooth and free of any chips or flea bites.
