A pair of Art Nouveau natural shell and bronze sconces each decorated with an iridescent pearly white natural shell, electrified and fitted within bronze leaf decorated holder. Unsigned. c. 1900. Both bronze wall sconces are in good condition. Significant loss to finish throughout the wall mount and spiral arms of both pieces. No cracks or deformities to the bronze. Both shells are in very good condition. No cracks, breaks or repairs to the body of either shell. The edges of both shells are smooth, free of cracks or chips.
