Manufactured in 1921, this Colt Police Positive Special revolver features all blue finish, and is mounted with a matching set of Colt 2 piece checkered hard rubber grips. The 5" barrel features a fixed half-moon blade front sight, with notched rear sights. The left side of the barrel is marked "POLICE/ POSITIVE SPECIAL 32-20 W.F.C.", with Colt's 2 line address across the top. The left side of the frame is marked with the Rampant Colt logo. Trigger is smooth and hammer is checkered. Complete with a proper mismatched Colt factory cardboard box. CONDITION: Metal components retain bountiful amounts of their original factory blue finish, exhibiting few minute areas of wear. Cylinder has a faint dragline. Mirror bore, with sharp rifling throughout. Grips are excellent, exhibiting few minor handling and storage marks. Factory cardboard box exhibits some losses to its surface on the edges and corners, with some scattered handling and storage marks all around. A very fine Colt Police Positive Special revolver, that one would find difficult to upgrade from. -MLW-
