Parker "Trojan" Grade side by side double made by Parker Gun Company, Meriden, Connecticut in 1929. Factory 26" "Trojan Steel" barrels with matted rib marked "Parker Bros. Makers Meriden. Ct. U.S.A. Trojan Steel" with single brass bead and extractors. Case hardened "O" Trojan Frame with "Parker Bros" on each side. Gun has double triggers and automatic safety. Walnut checkered pistol grip stock with bakelite buttplate. Walnut checkered splinter forearm with friction release. CONDITION: 70% fading barrel blue with action fading to a silvery brown patina. 60% original varnish with visible checkering and light hunting dings and scratches. Chambers have been opened to 2 - 3/4". Great bores with tight lock up and good mechanics. DLM
