A) USMC officer's sword with 32-3/4" bright etched blade, gilt brass mounts, celluloid grips and leather sword knot. Nickel plated scabbard with gilt brass mounts. Ricasso marked "Hilborn - Hamburger Inc". Contained within it's original leather case. CONDITION: Shows little evidence of use but the brass drag is slightly bent. B) USMC officer's sword with a 34-1/2" etched blade marked on the ricasso "Hilborn-Hamburger Inc". Sword displays gilt brass mounts, celluloid grips and broken leather knot. There is no scabbard, but sword is in its original leather case. CONDITION: Excellent. C) USMC officer's sword with a 34-1/2" etched blade marked on the ricasso "Officer's Equipment Company". Sword displays gilt brass mounts, celluloid grips and leather sword knot. Nickel plated scabbard with gilt brass mounts. Contained within a leather case. CONDITION: Sword in excellent condition, scabbard has a 10" area of cloudiness and minor corrosion. D) Mameluke style sword with a 31" etched blade made by Wilkinson Sword Company, flat blade etched with decorative panels and an unidentified coat of arms. Gilt brass fittings, celluloid grips missing one retaining head. Polished steel scabbard with flat drag. CONDITION: Excellent with little evidence of use. E) USMC officer's sword with a 31-3/4" blade marked at the ricasso "N.S. Meyer Inc" and etched with the name "William G Mingo Jr", missing grips. Nickle plated scabbard with gilt brass mounts. CONDITION: Blade is mostly bright with cloudy areas and minor dark staining. Mounts show areas of dark toning. Scabbard with areas of minor plate lifting. F) USMC NCO sword with a 29-3/4" etched blade marked "Zubco Stainless Germany". Leather grip with twisted wire wrap. Leather covered steel scabbard with brass fittings. CONDITION: Sword is in excellent condition with minor toning to the brass fittings. Scabbard shows wear to the leather with losses on the outer edge. G) USMC NCO sword with a 29-7/8" etched blade marked on the ricasso "Zuber Boston Made In Solingen Germany. Leather grip with twisted wire wrap. Leather covered steel scabbard with brass fittings. CONDITION: Sword is in excellent condition with toned brass, scabbard is very good with some crazing to the leather and missing throat screws. H) GAR sword with a 28" elliptical etched blade marked at the ricasso "M.C. Lilley Co Columbus O" and decorated with scrolls, an American Eagle and the letters "GAR". Leather grip with single wire wrap. Nickel plated scabbard with brass mounts. Engraved at the throat "Lt George C. Reid Marines". CONDITION: Sword is in excellent condition. Scabbard with minor toning to the nickel plating. DG
