Very nice ID'D CBI ATC grouping with medals, pins, and theater made insignia. The lot consists of: (A) Beautiful theater made multi piece leather American flag and equally exquisite multi piece leather blood chit which were most likely sewn to the back of a flight jacket. American flag patch measures 10 - 1/4" x 6 - 3/4" and blood chit measures 8" x 10" CONDITION: There are stitch holes around the edges of each patch. Slight tarnishing which is to be expected of combat worn insignia. (B) 3 theater made multi piece leather flight jacket patches including CBI shoulder patch, AAC shoulder patch and ATC chest patch measuring 5 - 1/4" across. Stitch holes indicate patches were previously sewn to a flight jacket. CONDITION: Some loose stitching and cracking leather on ATC patch. Overall excellent. (C) Theater made CBI patch, AAC patch, and 3 communication specialist patches. CONDITION: Excellent. (D) Pair of Technical Training Command DIs, Pair of Troop Carrier Command DIs, 5 ATC DIs, and pair of officer's collar insignia. All DIs are pinback and ATC DIs are hallmarked by LeVelle & Co. (E) AAFTS Instructor pin and 2 AAF technician badges with radio mechanic and radio operator qualifications. CONDITION: Good. (F) 4 staff sergeant patches. CONDITION: Excellent. (G) Slot brooch DFC engraved to "Sgt. George F. Miller A.C." on the reverse. CONDITION: Very good. (G) Unengraved wrap brooch air medal. CONDITION: Very good. JD
