An incredibly high quality reproduction of a Tiffany Studios tulip leaded glass shade made by Jim Schlitz. The 16” shade features multi-colored tulips of pinks, oranges, purples and reds, set against a background of stippled and streaked greens. Jim Schlitz was not only a lamp maker, but made his own glass, which many feel was the closest anyone has come to replicating original Tiffany glass. The shade is in excellent condition with just a few tight hairline cracks. Shade is signed "Schlitz Milwaukee 1617 7197". The shade is set on an authentic Tiffany Studios bronze base. The patinated base has a three-socket cluster with Bryant paddles, and is finished in a reddish-brown patina. It stands 21 - 1/2” tall to the top of the shade rest. Base is in excellent condition and signed "Tiffany Studios New York 444". Base is finished in a red-brown patina which is even throughout. Four small and superficial scratches to the body of the base. No dents, cracks or deformities to the bronze. Heat cap appears to be contemporary. Shade is in very good condition with no missing or loose pieces of glass. Two prominent cracks near the aperture that are stable. Several smaller hairline cracks scattered on the shade. No loss of patina to the leading. Shade is in round.

This is not a standard shippable item and will require 3rd party shipping or pickup arrangements to be made.
