The 2 stage barrel is unmarked and has a small brass front sight. The lock is stamped "GOLCHER" in the center and features a roller frizzen. The brass furniture includes a pommel cap, trigger guard with minimal engraving and an arrow finial, a 2 piece sideplate, and a nose band. The stock is of partially figured maple. CONDITION: Barrel and lock have been cleaned and retain a bright surface with some light freckling. Lock appears to be in its original flintlock configuration but mechanism needs adjustment. Brass furniture shows some scattered marks from use and is polished. Stock has 1 piece replaced on bottom between front trigger guard tang and ramrod entry ferrule. An attractive Kentucky pistol. DMG
