Browning BAR Grade IV semi automatic rifle. Made 1976 in Belgium. Round, steel barrel with no factory iron sights (could be ordered this way). Blued finish on the barrel with a "French Gray" receiver. Scroll engraving with game scenes on both sides of the frame. Signed "L.L AMBLM" on the left side of the frame. Gloss finished wood stocks with fine checkering on the wrist and forearm. "BROWNING" marked plastic butt plate. Factory drilled for a scope (missing front 3 plug screws), in addition to factory sling studs. CONDITION: Metal retains 90% of its original finish with some tarnish on the frame. Wood is excellent with a few minor dings and scratches. Bore has crisp rifling. Mechanically fine. JWA
