First year of production Browning BLR lever action rifle with box. Made 1971 in Belgium before all BLR production was moved to Japan. Round steel barrel with blade front sight and factory non adjustable rear. Factory gloss blued finish. Finished walnut stocks with checkering on the wrist and forearm. Factory rubber butt plate. Factory drilled for a scope mount. Added sling swivels. Includes original magazine and matching box. CONDITION: Metal retains 98% of its original finish with a few handling marks and scratches. Wood is excellent. Clean bore with crisp rifling. Looks to have been fired very little. Mechanically fine. JWA
