A beautiful Tiffany Studios daffodil leaded glass lamp with wonderful provenance. The shade is a 20” cone with beautiful daffodils composed of yellow mottled glass, as well as gorgeous pieces of drapery glass. The daffodils are set against a background of green foliage, that progresses to white opalescent glass towards the lower rim. The glass has wonderful stippling and surface hazing. The shade is in good condition with numerous cracked tiles in the geometric rows, and one area that appears to have been repaired. The shade is signed with the early micro tag that reads “Tiffany Studios New York”. The shade rests on a large three-arm pottery base with blue streaks. The base has a three-socket cluster that may not be original to the base. The underside of the base is signed “Tiffany Studios New York 29008”. There is an inscribed collar below the three arms with a dedication that reads “Presented to Senator and Mrs. Armstrong by the N.Y. State Nurses Association in appreciation of their kindly services in passing of the Bill for State Registration of Nurses, 1903”. Base is in very good condition with no breaks or cracks to the ceramic. Will need to be rewired. Underside of base signed illegibly. Includes heat cap which appears to be authentic.

This is not a standard shippable item and will require 3rd party shipping or pickup arrangements to be made.

Condition: (Good).
