Lot consists of: (A) L.C. Smith "Field" Grade hammer side by side shotgun made by Hunter Arms Company in Fulton, New York in 1898. Twist pattern Damascus steel barrels with matted rib, extractors, and bead front sight. Case hardened frame marked "L.C. Smith" on both locks. Walnut checkered half pistol grip stock with hard rubber buttplate. Walnut checkered splinter forearm with friction release. CONDITION: Overall metal finish fading to a silvery patina with some light surface discoloration. Wood has traces of varnish with handling dings and marks. Dark pitted shootable bores with good mechanics. (B) Winchester Model 12 slide action hammerless shotgun made by Winchester Repeating Arms Company in 1959. Blued plain Winchester proof steel barrel with brass bead front sight with 2 - 3/4" chamber and modified choke. Blued receiver with push-button safety. Walnut plain pistol grip stock. Large late style corrugated forearm. CONDITION: 80% original blue and varnish with good bore and mechanics. Missing stock bolt and buttplate. DLM
