Winchester Model 21 "SKEET" Grade side by side shotgun made by Winchester Repeating Arms Company circa 1948. Winchester proof steel barrels marked on the bottom of the barrels "WS1" and "WS2". Full matted rib with ejectors, red bead front sight, and bead mid-sight. Blued frame with single selective trigger, non-automatic safety, and marked "SKEET" in front of trigger guard. Walnut checkered pistol grip stock with custom checkered side panels (could be factory, but is non-standard pattern), capped pistol grip with Winchester logo cap, and checkered wood butt. Walnut "SKEET" pattern checkered beavertail forearm with roller latch. CONDITION: 90% original blue with some light freckling and handling wear. 90% receiver blue with light freckling on floorplate. Stock has been cleaned and an access port has been made and plugged with the original wood for installation of weights. Forearm retains what looks to be traces of original finish. Mirror bores and good mechanics with tight lock-up. DLM
