Top consists of a cast metal winged female figure, base marked "BULIO" for Jean Bulio (French, 1827-1911). On an ormolu mounted green onyx base with inset clock. Polychrome enamel dial marked: "COMPTOIR GENERAL/ MON. H. RIODNET/J.B. POISSONNIERE/PARIS". Statue by association. French, circa 1890.
